Proven durable consumables

ERGOMEGA is equipped with genuine heavy-duty Trafimet screw-on nozzles. It's also compatible with B and TW platforms and ensures consistent performance and long service life even in intensive welding applications.

Sealed microswitch trigger

ERGOMEGA torches are fitted with a sealed microswitch trigger. It is more reliable than the alternative mechanical solution which has an open contact exposed to dirt, dust, and humidity. The microswitch is IP67 protected, a much higher standard than other electrical components on welding systems, ensuring a long lifetime of reliable use.

The connectors

The air-cooled ERGOMEGA torches are equipped with the Euro-TW connector as standard, while the water-cooled ones with the Euro connector as standard. Air-cooled models are also available with the 5/8-18UNF threaded connector.The inner structure of the rear box is designed to avoid any kinking in the water hoses. The material used for the water connecto rhose has been updated to EPDM, being more flexible and durable.
